Yes, we provide tax receipts for all donations made to our organization. You will receive a receipt via email shortly after making your donation and at the beginning of the previous year’s tax season.

GiveSendGo.com set out to help YOU make a more significant way to impact the world by funding the start of GiveSendGo Charities. Though we are unique and separate entities, we continue to work together to provide a trusted place for donors to make influential financial contributions to better the world we live in.

Your donation will support our mission and programs, such as funding campaigns, grants and scholarships, and supporting charitable projects. We strive to be transparent about how donations are used and regularly update our website and social media channels. See “What percent of my donation goes to the actual campaign” for more info.

We strive to ensure that the maximum amount of each donation goes directly to the campaign or program it was intended for. However, a small percentage may cover administrative costs, such as payment processing fees. Depending on the category of the campaign will depend on the fees utilized for administration.

  1. Relief & Care Campaigns: 100% of your donation goes directly to the cause. GiveSendGo even covers the processing fees for these campaigns

  2. Scholarships, Fiscal Sponsorships, and Donor Advised Funds: A small percentage ranging from 1%-7% may be taken out of this category of funds to help cover the administrative costs of our mission.

  3. Legacy Funds and Cause Campaigns: 100% of your donation after the processing fee of 2.7 + .30 go to these campaigns

A Legacy Fund is a way to make a lasting charitable impact in the name of a deceased loved one. All of our funds are crowdfunded, so you can make a more significant impact by reaching out to those who want to give in lieu of other gifts or funds. These funds are then distributed to another nonprofit organization or as grants to campaigns associated with a selected Cause.

You can specify which campaign or program you want your donation to support. If you do not specify a preference, your donation will be used to support our general mission and programs.

All of our grants are funded through crowdfunding. Crowdfunding is an essential tool for directing resources quickly and effectively.

No, all donations are received, pooled, and then delivered as a grant to qualifying campaigns evaluated by a team of individuals. Any donations made to our organization earmarked for a non-qualifying campaign will either be returned to the donor or received into our general fund.
