Who we are

GiveSendGo Charities, Inc. (“GSGC,” “we,” “our”) is a New Hampshire 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 88-3776392, with a mailing address at #1067, 167 South Broadway STE 5, Salem, NH 03079. We operate the website at givesendgo.org.

We are an independent organization. We are not the same entity as GiveSendGo.com LLC. The two share a brand name only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a donation, become a Giver Army member, submit a grant application, or otherwise transact on this site. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Donations

All donations are voluntary, irrevocable, and become the property of GSGC at the time of receipt. Cause and campaign preferences are advisory; GSGC retains full charitable discretion over disbursement consistent with our 501(c)(3) purpose. Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. We issue an electronic tax receipt for each gift and an annual giving summary in January.

Recurring giving

If you start a recurring (e.g. monthly) donation, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on the schedule you select until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@givesendgo.org. Cancellation is effective for future charges; already-processed gifts are not refunded.

Payment processing

Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms. We never see or store your full card number. By submitting payment information you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

Grant applications

Submitting a grant application does not create any guarantee or entitlement to funding. We review applications at our sole discretion under the criteria described in our Grant Review Policy. You represent that information you submit is true and accurate; material misrepresentations may result in disqualification and, if funds have been disbursed, demand for return.

Prayer wall and user-submitted content

Public submissions to the prayer wall are reviewed before they appear publicly. By submitting, you grant GSGC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit for clarity, and remove your submission. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or violates the privacy of others. We may remove any submission at any time for any reason.

Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) attempt unauthorized access to our systems, (b) interfere with site availability for other users, (c) use the site to send unsolicited communications, or (d) scrape or harvest content for commercial purposes without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, logos, and design are the property of GSGC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except that you may share individual page URLs and use small excerpts with attribution.

Disclaimers

The site, content, and all GSGC services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice; consult a qualified professional regarding the tax treatment of your gift.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSGC and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount of any donation refundable under our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice on the site or via email to subscribers.
